How much does Come & Save cost for companies?

Both our starter package and the first month are free. This allows you to get acquainted with Come & Save without initial investment costs. Subsequently, there are low fees that further reduce with an increasing number of users. You can view the current price list here.

How do I receive my invoice?

At the end of the month, you will receive your monthly invoice via email. All invoices can also be viewed in your company profile on our website.

Does Come & Save cost anything for customers?

No. Your customers can use the free Come & Save app. This app can be downloaded from both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Is an internet connection required?

You do not need an internet connection or Wi-Fi for the discounting. However, the use of the customer app requires an internet connection. Optional use of our web portal (for accessing statistics, changing user data, etc.) requires an internet connection as well.

How is the discount granted?

Your customer opens the Come & Save app and clicks on "Get Discount." Then, they hold their smartphone to our Come & Save chip. On the display, the discount to be given (in percentage) is shown. This is then manually deducted from the invoice.

Can I view the granted discounts?

You can see on our website in your company profile when each discount was given.

How is the discount determined?

During the registration process, you can determine both the number of discount levels and the respective discounts.

Can the discount be changed?

The discount can be changed through our messaging function. We review change requests and then implement them.

Is there a contract duration?

There is no contract duration. You can end your participation in Come & Save at any time.

How long does it take?

The process for displaying the discount takes only a few seconds. This way, your employees do not lose valuable time.

Can I change my company's data?

If your company data, opening hours, address, etc., change, please update them in your profile on our website.

Is the customer discount permanent?

With each visit, your customer receives a discount point. The number of active discount points determines the current discount. Each discount point has a specific validity, which is determined by you. This is displayed in the app on your company page. After the validity period, the discount decreases again.

Example: The first visit is on 12.01. and has a validity of 90 days. With each subsequent visit between 12.01. and 11.04., the customer's discount increases. On 12.04., the discount point from 12.01. expires, reducing the discount by one level. All discounts received in the meantime remain valid. The discount decreases again 90 days after the second visit.

Are exceptions possible?

On special days, such as Christmas, the discount from Come & Save can be suspended. Please select the desired periods in the settings. If the desired occasion is not available, you can inform us, and we will check and enable it later.
Your customers can see in the app on the company page which exceptions do not grant a discount.

Is fraud possible?

We have designed Come & Save to be as secure as possible against fraud:
  • Manipulations using geodata, fake QR codes, or similar are excluded due to the individual Come & Save chip.
  • During the connection between the app and the chip, a comparison of the app data and the customer and company data in our database is performed. The discount is only displayed if this is positive.
  • A timestamp is also displayed on the smartphone's discount screen.
  • As an additional security measure, a customer cannot receive a discount more than twice a day in the same company. There must be at least 5 minutes between two successful discount transactions.
  • Lost or stolen chips can be deactivated in your company profile on our website.
  • If a given discount seems strange, implausible, or faulty, it can be reported in your company profile. We will then review the case.

How can I end my participation in Come & Save?

Write us an email at contact [at] come-and-save.com. Afterward, we will confirm the termination of your participation in Come & Save. The last month will be free for you.

Does the customer discount change with changes to the discount?

Despite changes to the discount, your customers remain in the existing discount level. If the customer is already in the maximum discount level, they will be classified in the highest level if the discount levels are reduced.
