Where can I download the app?

The free Come & Save app can be downloaded from both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Are there specific requirements for using Come & Save?

You need an NFC-capable smartphone with iOS or Android as the operating system.

Come & Save is completely free for customers.

The password can be changed in the menu.

The email address can be changed in the settings.

How is my data used/protected?

The privacy policy can be viewed both in the Come & Save app and on our website. We only store the user data necessary for registration (email address / login via Facebook, Google, or Apple). No further data is collected or shared by us.

For participating companies, no personally identifiable information (e.g., email address) is visible. The data necessary for using the app is stored as an identification number. This allows tracking given discounts without disclosing personal data.

Can the discount reduce again?

With each visit, you receive a discount point. The number of active discount points determines the current discount. Each discount point has a specific validity determined by the company and displayed on the company page in the app. When a discount expires is also indicated.

Example: The first visit is on 12.01. and has a validity of 90 days. With each subsequent visit between 12.01. and 11.04., the discount increases. On 12.04., the discount point from 12.01. expires, reducing the discount by one level. All discounts received in the meantime remain valid. The discount reduces again 90 days after the second visit.

Within what radius will Come & Save companies be displayed to me?

All participating companies within a 5 km radius will be displayed.

How current are the company data?

Company data is entered by individual companies and can also be changed by them. Companies are responsible for keeping the information up to date in case of any changes.

Are there any costs for the call function?

Through the Come & Save app, the phone numbers of participating companies can be viewed and called. The call is made through the mobile network, so the costs depend on the respective phone contract.

Who determines the discount?

Each company determines both the number and the amount of discounts. These can be viewed in the Come & Save app on the respective company page.

What happens when I reach the maximum discount?

After reaching the maximum discount level, it remains at that level. If you don't visit a company for an extended period, the discount will reduce.

Are discount changes possible?

Participating companies can change the offered discounts. However, changes are individually reviewed and approved by us, so too frequent changes are not possible. The already reached discount level will still be maintained even if the percentage changes. If there are fewer discount levels after the change than the ones already reached, you will retain the highest level.

How often can I visit a company?

For security reasons, you can only receive a discount twice a day from the same company.
